The Columbia Cross Roads United Methodist Church Coat Closet is scheduled to reopen on Saturday, October 2. Hours are Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon, and Wednesdays from 4 to 7 p.m. It will be open through the winter months.

Adult, children and infant winter coats and jackets are available as well as hats, mittens and some children’s boots. All coats are free to anyone needing them. This will be the church’s second winter season of the Coat Closet. Last year more than 400 coats were provided to those needing them. Donations of good used coats may be dropped off at the church anytime or by contacting Linda Besley at 297-3838.
