C&N Wellsboro office collecting gifts for Northern Tier Helping Hands (0)

Again this year, the Wellsboro branch office of Citizens & Northern Bank will be collecting gifts for local children. The annual “Angel Tree” initiative assists Northern Tier Helping Hands in providing warm clothing and toys for local families in need.
